Resident Camps

  • The Logan County Health District issues annual permits for each resident camp in the county. Each resident camp is inspected twice a year to ensure compliance with accepted safety and sanitary standards, to reduce potential accident sources and aid in the prevention of communicable diseases. The areas of focus include food safety, drinking water, wastewater, solid waste disposal, structural design and integrity, sleeping spacing, playgrounds, beaches and swimming areas.
